I wasn't driving a Ford, and didn't have an appointment, but they took my SUV right in. In less than two hours they had me road ready. They lived up to their Friendly name. Orrin Stevens was able to hook me up with a '22 F150 with the appropriate box configuration and engine style I was looking for (all in a very short period of time).
